This training provides a deep foundation in how to live to your true potential by understanding and looking after the health of your - mind and body; your relationships; your connection to your heart, and your ability to create a future grounded in love and trust, by listening to your inner teacher instead of the fear programming of the outside world.
It is more than a holiday, a car, a new phone contract or piece of clothing.
It is an internal investment in the eternal, and a proven method of supporting a quality of mind and life you may never have dreamed possible. It is a change in your consciousness from fear and the past to love, freedom, inner peace and the infinite possibility of the future.
The Principles
Inner freedom emerges when we understand our minds and are able to accept ourselves for all that we are and live with self-forgiveness and unconditional self-love, replacing fear thoughts with thoughts of truth.
This requires us to:
Understand our minds so we can overcome the impacts of our social conditioning and choose thoughts that foster inner peace and stability, instead of criticism and attack
Learn how to safely embody our emotions so we can let go of the past and experience the creative power of the present moment, moving beyond the illusion of time into the awareness that we are all exactly where we’re meant to be in life’s unfolding journey
Bring balance to our nervous systems and inner lives, so we can live with trust and presence, instead of reacting through fear and separation and replaying the past
Listen to the whispers of our soul that are calling us to lives guided by love, not fear, by turning whispers into visions and bringing those visions into reality
Learn how to live with courage and hope by listening to our inner teacher, instead of the fear programming of the outside world
What are the tools?
Combining 35 years of research and lived experience that connects - practical spirituality, personal development, mind-body health, connection to nature and the universal principles that govern all of life, the tools we use include:
Active Meditation
Developing our consciousness so we can be as aware as possible in our daily lives by attuning to our systems and building the inner muscle of connection to our spirit
Conscious Breathing
Befriending our breath in order to consciously relax and balance our nervous systems instead of living in anxiety and chronic stress
Heart Intelligence
Attuning to our inner and outer lives using the compassionate lens of the heart, that works through curiosity and non judgement, and knows our interconnectedness with all of life
Mindset Training
Re-programming the mind in alignment with our infinite potential, replacing the socially conditioned fear voice with the truth voice of love, oneness and infinite possibility
Personality Integration
Safely befriending and bringing all parts of our mind-personality home to the heart, so we can consciously nurture an inner team of selves by listening to their wisdom, instead of experiencing internal conflict and self attack

Learning how to move beyond our comfort zone, setting and achieving objectives that reflect the spirit’s longing for expansion

When are the classes?
I teach on Monday evenings and Thursday mornings (GMT) to accommodate students in different time zones. After deciding to work together, I will add you to a WhatsApp community.
This on-going training is a chance to grow with like-minded people in a safe space and develop relationships guided by the mutual commitment to see the light in each other and help each other rise
There will be a chance of attending retreats and in-person meets.
